ARTIJORI Shipping and Return
Domestic orders will be processed within 2-3 days of receipt of the order. Upon full receipt of payment, items will be shipped via our partners with an estimated shipping time between 2-3 days. Once the package has been shipped the customer will be sent an email containing all relevant shipping information.
In an effort to reduce paper waste, our packages do not include a packing slip. These are available upon request. Please contact me prior to ordering if you need additional services like insurance, expedited or international shipping, or gift packaging. Additional fees may apply for these services. Once an order is shipped, ARTIJORI is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
International shipping is available. Please contact me prior to placing your order so that the arrangements can be made. International customers are responsible for any customs, taxes, or duty charges incurred by their government. ARTIJORI is unable to intervene with another country’s customs office to instigate the release of a shipment.
Delayed / Lost Shipments:
Your order may be delayed if there are questions about your order. ARTIJORI reserves the right to delay the shipment of any order there is a question about. You will be contacted at the email address provided in your order and then through SMS if a phone number was given.
We accept no responsibility for delays pending communication about your order. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. ARTIJORI does not take responsibility for delays experienced by the delivery partners, or for replacement or refund of lost orders.
